Pet Sitter/owner bio: Michelle Otto
Michelle is a native Phoenician and Scottsdale resident since 2010. She’s an entrepreneur at heart and founder of Pepper & Friends Pet Services. Michelle wears all hats at Pepper & Friends Pet Services – from pet-sitting and dog walking to scheduling, marketing and bookkeeping.
Michelle has a BSBA in Marketing from The University of Arizona. She stays current on all things pet care through continuous education and relationships with other animal care professionals. She is also a member of Pet Sitters International (PSI) who offers courses and certifications: petsit.com
In addition to being a dog mom of three, Michelle has also owned several cats, fish, gecko, and fire-belly frogs. Michelle is also a substitute teacher (this requires a IVP fingerprint card #2023G12320; issued 7/24/23-7/24/2029 by the Arizona Department of Public Safety: https://psp.azdps.gov). In her spare time, she enjoys learning, hiking, biking, traveling and spending time with friends family.
